The room was spacious and well-kept, featuring a lovely sliding door that opened up to a patio with tables and a pond view. The bed, however, felt uncomfortably firm, leading to a less restful night. The temperature control worked efficiently, keeping the room pleasant. The noise level was mostly quiet, apart from occasional hallway traffic. Encounters with staff were friendly, yet the front desk seemed overstretched. Cleanliness could be improved; there were some signs of wear, such as hair in the shower and an odd smell in the air. The experience would benefit from better attention to detail.

The view from my room over the lake is charming. The back patio is a nice place to unwind, and the indoor pool is a lifesaver for kids.

The location offered easy highway access, perfect for a quick stop. safety is a concern. The area felt sketchy, and I experienced uncomfortable moments during my stay. Housekeeping neglected my room, forcing me to hunt down supplies. The facility itself shows signs of age—from rusting stairs to dated decor. Unpleasant odors lingered, and parts of the hotel were not well-maintained. The pool area also lacked cleanliness. Friendly staff attempted to be accommodating but were hindered by poor management systems. Improvements are essential for a better experience. Trust your gut; I won’t return.

The hotel had a lovely bar/restaurant, making it easy to grab a bite without venturing out. The heated pool, with its large picture windows and view of the lake, was a fantastic spot to unwind. The front desk staff were incredibly kind when my card failed due to a hack, accommodating me for one night. cleanliness was a concern—mold on the headboard and inconsistent room service were disappointing. While some amenities looked great, the overall upkeep fell short. A rude staff encounter at the restaurant marred the experience. A mixed bag for sure.

During my stay, I found it super easy to explore both Jeffersonville and Louisville, with the Derby Dinner Playhouse right next door and attractions like the KFC Yum Center just under 3 km away, the Falls of the Ohio State Park practically 2 km away, and the iconic Big Four Bridge just a short 2.4 km stroll; it makes weekend strolls so enjoyable! The hotel itself is comfortable and conveniently has fast access to I-65, making it ideal for a quick getaway but could benefit from improved hotel services.

we stayed at radisson on a saturday for a softball tournament and we found the bar and restaurant to be special, along with the indoor pool. the room was spacious and overlooked a small lake with geese around it. the bed was very comfortable, and the tv was larger than expected, and the a/c was quiet, providing a peaceful sleep. the location was convenient, being close to the highway and a short drive to downtown. parking was free and the room service food was excellent.

The view of the lake was nice, and the staff at check-in were friendly.
I had to move rooms due to a leaking bathtub and the carpet smelled bad. The bartender was rude and I got charged extra without clear explanation.

Loved the 2 pools, close to Derby Dinner Playhouse, clean room, efficient housekeeping, friendly front desk service.
Felt totally at home, no complaints.
